I received the jewelry and was extremely disappointed. The fabric is absurdly dark, nothing like the bright and elegant shine in the advertisement photos. The gold has an orange tint, completely different from the refined gold promised. It seems like another product. To make matters worse, the advertisement said there would be 20 Moissanite stones, but the gold one only came with 19. This is unacceptable. The quality is much lower than what was advertised. I feel deceived because what I received is far from what was shown. This is not a small mistake, it is false advertising. I request an immediate solution. The product does not match the description or the images. I await action.
