What Qualifies as a Quality Concern?

A quality concern refers to a manufacturing or workmanship defect that affects the product's intended quality or usability.

Examples of eligible quality concerns include:

  • Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or construction.
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, snaps, or other hardware.
  • Fabric defects such as holes, tears, or significant flaws present upon delivery.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Product that is materially different from the description or specifications shown on our website.
  • Damage that occurred before or during delivery.

Reporting a Quality Concern

If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product showing the concern.
  • A short video, if requested, to help us assess the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay the review process.

Review Process

Every quality concern is individually reviewed by our Quality Assurance team.

During the review, we may:

  • Request additional photographs or videos.
  • Ask for further information about the issue.
  • Request that the product be returned for inspection when necessary.

Most quality claims are reviewed within 2–5 business days after receiving all required information.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the issue:

  • A replacement product.
  • A full refund.
  • A partial refund (where appropriate).
  • Store credit.
  • Another suitable resolution at our discretion.

The selected resolution will depend on product availability, the severity of the issue, and the condition of the returned item.

Non-Eligible Quality Claims

A quality concern may not be approved if:

  • The concern is based solely on personal preference or subjective opinion, including dissatisfaction with the perceived value, feel, or quality of the product where the item is free from manufacturing defects and accurately matches its description.
  • The product received is consistent with the images, specifications, materials, measurements, colors, and features described on the product page.
  • The item has been worn (except for reasonable fitting), washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, stitching, measurements, or finish occur due to normal manufacturing tolerances, fabric characteristics, photography, lighting, or differences in device displays.
  • The issue results from improper use, incorrect washing or care, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
  • The reported issue does not affect the product's functionality, durability, or intended use.
  • The claim is submitted after the applicable reporting period without a valid reason.

Return for Inspection

In certain cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.

Products must be returned:

  • In their original condition.
  • With original tags attached.
  • With original packaging.

Failure to return the requested item may result in the claim being declined.

Fraudulent or Misleading Claims

We reserve the right to reject claims where there is evidence of:

  • False or misleading information.
  • Altered or manipulated photographs or videos.
  • Intentional damage after delivery.
  • Repeated abuse of our return or quality concern process.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting their order promptly upon delivery.
  • Following all recommended care and washing instructions.
  • Reporting any quality concerns within the stated timeframe.
  • Providing accurate information to help us investigate the issue.
